look at http://www.tgsrocketfuel.com and go into 'using rocketfuel' and then go into 'tuning recommendations'....this should see you right.

They also do a good delivery service. You just pay the price for the oil and no extra P&P.

And it only costs £186 per ltr which is about 288euro
