thanks wez. it was peacefull in the end. so we are just trying to get back into our old ways again after near a year out of the scene. so expect to see our reports make a reappearence in the coming months :wink: :D

got that rod in the north west of England john,i cant remember who built it but he is well known in those parts only 12 were built and rather than have it in the shed gathering cobwebs I gave it to my buddy as it was the right length and weight for him its a lovely rod, and to you two fellas well done, hope to see you next year

we are aiming for around christmas time to get ourselves back on track and into our fishing in ernest again. so leave some of those east coast smoothies for us to catch next year as we have our sights firmly on them :wink: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

thanks dave. we missed our east coast and west coast adventures something shocking this year. but there is gonna be some serious fishing done in 2014 from us and another trip to norway on the cards :wink: :D :D
so the smoothies, bass and cow sized cod may watch themselves next year :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

no sign of it at all man on that mark man. althow a few of our lug digging spots out that way are still to recover yet :(

Definitely, let me know when you are coming down this way. Hopefully the winter cod fishing will be much better than the summer bass fishing!!!!

we will indeed frank. provided i get stuff sorted at home with my mother we might spend a week down that way over the christmas holidays while jordan is off school. so i'll keep in touch man :D

thanks declan. we usually do well for the bass up there during the winter months. they always seem to switch on from around november to feburary. sooo many beaches and sooo little time to cover them all :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
