Hi all
I recently started beach fishing and picked up a cheap rod and reel, the rod tip extremely weak even in light wind conditions. I am basically looking to upgrade, to a rod that stands strong in strong wind conditions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also I use a fixed spool reel, so any recommendations for multipliers (4 a absolute beginner) would also be appreciated
Thanks lads.

Have a look at the diawa sandstorm either in 12' or 13'. Pair it with a shimano aerlex 7000 reel can't go wrong with that combo.
