#1 Post by stevecrow74 »

People:me and one other

Duration:7:30 - 11:30pm

Tide: high at 21:15

Weather:rain, gale force 7 and touching 9 for a bit

added (just caugh weather force 8 - 10 winds during fishing)

Bait:sandeel and mackerek

Rigs:one up one down, running leadger, 6oz-8oz grip leads just to get any distance and hold bottom

Results:
me: 1 coalie short of 1lbs
other:3 bearded rockling around 1.5 lbs

Report: i must be mad    (oh wait..... i am :D )
fishing was (to put it this way no matter where you'ld cast you would hit water, even straight up on the pier wall ) interesting.. with waves crashing over the pier wall every now and again it really put all the waterproofs to the test,

thank god i wore my chest waders instead of my wellies like i was going to. or i really would have been soaked.. still though, quite invigourating..

:D :D :D
