hi,

just wondering if anybody knows of any shore or sea angling clubs in the Newry or Dundalk area?

There is a new club just started in Dundalk but they are mostly boat anglers. Some of the lads i know from Newry are members of Blackrock angling but that is based in Dublin. There does not seem to be much interest in getting one started in the Newry area...

Hi validoc as has been mentioned there is a club in Dundalk. We have members throughout Louth, Down and Armagh. We are not a new club however we began to actively promote the club in the last two years. We are primarily a boat angling club however we were trying to start a shore section last year but it never got off the ground due to lack of interest. We have a small number of shore anglers in the club but would be delighted to get some more so we could start running some shore competitions, trips away, etc. If your interested or have any questions give us a call 0879807685.
