EcoFish wrote:great fishing lads......... just one question....... were these shore fished or boat caught.
Maybe it's just me, but this is a shore angling forum, so I'm confused (and envious!) by
photos of boat? Help please as I'm planning a visit next Monday and if I need to hire
boat I'd like to know in advance. best wishes
Eco, useing the boat cos i,ve no waders that dont leak :(

Whats a mackeral..! Havnt seen one of those in a while, easier to catch Bass these days :-)

Nice idea, wonder if it was the movement of the lure or the scent or both.

Dungarvan there's a lot of the coast that is not accessible on foot as the cliffs are too steep, so a boat is the only way to fish the shallow bays, and there's a lot of them!!!! Best bass fishing in the country !
