People:Myself

Duration:2 hours 5.30 am to 7.30 am

Tide:last of the drop

Weather: Sunny and warm

Bait: lures, Kilty, feed shallow, wedge, crystal minnow etc

Rigs:

Results:Not a sausage

I was woken by our youngest as 4.50 am and he was back asleep by 5 leaving me awake with not a whole lot to do. I was on the beach by 5.30 and waist deep in the calm water five minutes later. If it had been overcast I'd have been more confident but it was good to be out anyway. I tried for about two hours but had nothing to show for it and packed up at 7.30. I was back on the beach a mile to the north by 9.30am with my four kids cooking sausages for breakfast. Ireland is nice in the sun. :)

Stephen
