People: Just me
Duration: 3hrs
Tide: going out all the time
Weather: fantastic
Bait: SP's and a few badly choosen lures
Rigs:
Results: a few pollack
Report:
I knew that the tide was against me, and as I have never caught on a low tide here i wasn't expecting too much. But the weather was just too good and with a day off from work, there was no way I could be stopped form fishing here on such a day.
Had a few nibbles and eventually hooked up into 3 pollack this lad being the best of them. Happy enough just being out there, but to break my duck of blanking on a low tide there, well i was over the moon.
Anyone any tips on fishing low tide between slade and the lighthouse?? I think i need a few.....

There's a fine line between fishing and standing on the shore looking like an idiot

Well done mate nice pollock you could try spinning a rag or sandeel under a few lead shot on a 1/0 hook that should increase your catch rate down the hook i have always found this way will take more pollock and you have a better chance of the big wrass that are down there
