one thornie, 7 dogs, 2 flounder..:


Decided to take a day off from work,headed off to some clew bay marks first, I'd grabbed the wrong bait bag from freezer, so had hapes of razor and lamprey withme.... kept getting slack lined, but no hook ups, possibly due to the 6/0 I had on pulley, but rather miss fish than deep hook em.. thornie finally came to play.
later moved further south, to some beach marks, got couple of flounder 2 hours into the flood, and a dog, then all went dead for a few hours..
finally decided to finish up feeding the dogs at lecanvey as I'd still a bucket of never to be re refrozen bait...
not a great result, but good to get outta the office..

Nothing wrong with that session, nice fishing, I've still to get my tornie 2013 .

yeah, they're slow about it seems, only my second, though as I said, alot of dropped slack liners, so perhaps they're just rather schmall
