Sunny Ray
Location : Galway
Duration : 12 till 7
Tide : high at 6
Bait : sandeel and mackeral
Weather : 25c to 30c
People : myself , Bigfish , Tofish and James
Results : over 70 ray and a couple of huss and dogs.
James had asked for.weeks about heading down to the ray mark so decided to take the bait on Saturday..... From first cast til last we had fish from 3lb to 8lb... Bigfish got the catch of the day with an 8.5lb ray and once that was landed we were granted permission to leave.....Really grateful to that fish or I fear we would be still there.....
Only a couple for the pot taken everything else returned.
