People: Myself, My Da and Drew

Duration: 12pm - 4pm

Tide: Dropping

Weather: Little Wind, Very Warm / Sunny

Bait: Mackeral / Blow Lug / Squid / Sandeel

Rigs: 2 Hook Flappers

Results: 3 Dab


Report:

Meh, Drew Caught 1 and my Da caught 2 small Dab, biggest about 20cm, i blanked AGAIN, got a few nice bites though, my da was using a rig i made aswell so it wasn't all bad :P :cry: Anyway, a quiet enough day but thanks to the weather nobody really cared.

lucky beggars out on a day like that! it makes u not care if theres a lack of fish!!
just a word of warning though, i looked at the photos and seen your rods etc pretty close to the edge of the pier, try to keep them back at the railing, ive seen one or two rods disappear over the edge here with seals etc either taking the bait or else taking a hooked fish.

Have to agree with what Phil said - I have seen a couple of rods being pulled over that pier - get your stand behind the railing :roll:

Was quite surprised how well they turned out actually as they were taken with my Samsung D500 camera phone.

In my opinion, it is the most scenic mark on the Antrim Coast by a long way....
