Fishing Condition for Garron Point

hi was wondering whats the best condition for fishing garron point fish there on sat in a se wind it was blowing towards us making the area choppy what is the idea condition for garron point?

i like to fish it best when its flat calm with a bit of run in the tide, though not too much!

i was fishing on sat 6th it was ok it was se wind i think ne or se wind makes it rough there if its blowing off wind its settles down but if the wind blows againest the land its rough do you think so
