dose anybody no if you have to be a member of a club to fish open competitions and when is the next one on :) :) cheers

I'm not sure when the next one is,. You might get a bit more info here [url]http://www.ifsaleinster.com/[/url] You have to be a member of the IFSA which is normally through a club. If you would like to get into fishing comps it's best to join a club. The club of this site will be looking for members from this October/November for the 2007 season. There are also a few Dublin clubs as well and you should find some info here[url]http://www.ifsa.ie[/url]

You have to be a Federation member to fish open competitions. Some clubs will accept day membership on top of the entry fee to a competition. If you need specific information on clubs and contacts in Leinster, PM me.
