lrf spots

lads looking for easy locations and rock marks around cork besides monkstown and ballycotton really want to catch a wrasse on the lrf gear any ideas welcome oh also has anybody fished knockadoon pier for the smaller species was thinking of trying there.i know a few other spots but just trying to pick youre brains incase i forgot any :wink: thanks in advance

You wont catch Wrasse of the pier in Knockadoon , but if you go around the head either facing the Island or better still the first inlet facing south you will get fantastic wrasse fishing , a bit of a walk and climb but well worth it.

Don't know any spots in cork but a lot of the wrasse I caught were hanging around weeds waiting for prey to pass by .hope this helps

theres wrasse in ballycotton pier man u just gotta find em........
