Real pity it clashes with the pairs... as I'm sure a lot of guys that fish the pairs would be interested in this one as well.

It's an interesting concept - you'll have to be something of an all-rounder to compete well for your team. The purist coarse match angler may well struggle on the beach, and vice versa!

Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.

Nah. I hate, loathe and despise competitive angling. I've seen the best of mates fall out in a friendly club comp over a dab so small it was transparent!

For me it's Angler Vs Fish, not Angler Vs Angler.

But good luck to them anyway, it's an innovative, big idea and we need big, innovative ideas up here.
