greystones and killloughter

#1 Post by barto »

People: myself and two others

Duration:5 -10pm both days

Tide: dropping

Weather: cold and showery

Bait: lug crab mackerel

Rigs: pullies and flappers

Results: whiting , rockling ,dogs

Report:down on the south beach greystones last night not a bite till it got dark then whitening every cast ,you couldn't keep a bait in the water long enough for anything else to find it .within seconds baits were being savaged .we fished killoughter last week with the same results even in daylight whiting two at a time . we did have a couple of dogs thankfully to brake the monotony of the whiting .
