People: 'O sole mio'
Duration: 19.30 - 23.00
Tide: HT 20.10
Weather: Nice and calm - a few light showers - 10'c
Bait: Rag & Mack
Rigs: Pennel up and over & 3 hook clip down
Results: Flounder 26cms, Plaice 26cms. Shore rockling, coalie and whiting - all small
Report:
Not a bad night, 5 different species and two counters!!!
the tide was well up when I got there so I was able to fish from the car park - nice and comfy :) :)
All fish took rag on fine wire hooks.
Another guy fishing with his family landed a flounder just up the beach too, so at least the beach was throwing up some fish.
This is the first time I have had a counting fish from this beach and I have fished it at least 15 times
Getting 5 species was a real bonus!!!

Cos you had no wet gear with you and we needed to have the car beside the rods so that you wouldn't get soaked any further - doh!!!!!
