Hi Stuarty, good on you. Do you have to be a member of the IFSA etc to fish the comp? or is it just turn up on the night. I have to check with the boss to see if I will be allowed out that evening but after dropping a few hints it's now looking good 8)

Is there a limit to the amount of anglers the prom can hold?

ITS JUST ARRIVE ON THE DAY AND PICK THE TYPE OF PEG YOU WANT
IN THIS COMP YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HELP WITH TACKLE AND BAITS TO ENCOURAGE THE NOVICES AND JUNIORS TO TAKE UPE A NEW PASTIME
I WILL POST MORE DETAILS CLOSER TO THE TIME
AS JOHNNY SAYS ITS USUALLY VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED WE USUALLY HAVE SOME OF THE LOCAL DAY CENTRE FISHING GROUP THAT I HELP OUT WITH IN ATTENDANCE ONE THING ABOUT CARRICK PROMENADE IS THAT THERE IS SERIOUS CRAB ACTIVITY, THIS YEAR THERE WILL BE NO SIZE LIMIT AS IT IS CATCH AND RELEASE, FLOUNDERS ARE THE MAIN SPECIES, CAUGHT EVERY YEAR,
