Bait:fresh crab, lug,squid,razor,mussell

Results: a few small codling and a small coalie




Report:
After picking up some fresh peeler (thanks john ) we tried ferrypoint - straight in to a few small codling - with the tide near full we moved over to green park on advice (big mistake)after a few hours of good tide , hauling weed all we had to show was one more codling altough there was a 5lb bass landed by another angler (its a very busy spot that as it was our first time to fish it ) we then decided to move back to ferrypoint but only got a few casts in before it became un fishable too with the tide starting to rush out - Unfortunately the weather gods werent on our side and with it being a long haul down and back we didnt have time to be arseing aroung looking for new spots to fish, altough there did seem to be alot of anglers about - Hopefully next time - just a big thanks to all who gave advice etc - much appreciated to saving me wasting alot more time - I think if you knew the area well enough you could move from spot to spot to follow the best tides in certain areas - next time ill bring the tent as its a very long hard drive home when you been Driving / fishing all day !! lesson learnt
