Get well soon Fishinmidget....

#1 Post by petekd »

For those who may be still unaware, Alex Dainty, aka Fishinmidget was seriously injured in a car accident the other night. Alex is a long standing member of these forums. I don't want to post this with a view for speculation over what or how it happened or for gory details, Alex is another innocent victim. Suffice to say Alex, we're rooting for you here. Sincerely hope you pull through mate, thoughts and prayers with you and your family at this horrendous time. You have a lot of friends out there for the long road ahead, fight!!

I was chatting to Alex on facebook. He asked me put this up. He has limited access to internet at moment.

Righto, so I have grabbed dads phone for a bit and I'm using it to send a message out to you all. Firstly, thank you all so much for your messages Of love and support. You're all brilliant. ok, so here's what happened. A car lost control and decided to relieve me of my legs. It almost succeeded too. I now have half the leg I had Witch is to say none from the knee down double amputee for the win! I'm in a bit bruised and battered aside from that but getting better all the time! Much love back to you alll
