Greystones south beach 18th

People: myself and.arkrose glenn

Duration: 11pm til 2pm

Tide: incoming

Weather: windy and rough

Bait: lug mack crab sandeel

Rigs: 3 hook flappers

Results: 25 whiting and few 3 bearded rockling




Report: headed out for a few hours last nite to try for a.few codling. we arrived and.it.was very windy with high seas our first cast produced 5 fish between us I had two whiting and a small rockling with the whiting going about 25 cm was happy as it was looking good for The session we caught slowly throughout the session and my best whiting went 30cm my biggest so was.delighted. nice to get a few hours on the beach and.catch fish on my first time making rigs :-)

Congrats, fished greystones north beach last sunday on high tide and not even a bite..good to hear theres fish around anyway !!
