Gave up after an hour JPA, weather was great, but the sea was very very rough, massive breakers coming in. There couldn't have been fish in close

Didn't bother with the pier although it'd have been a good choice, I'd say it'd be holding a few fish on the calmer inside wall. I told the missus I'd be back early and will go out on Sat instead, so all was not lost!
