Ballycastle
going there now shortly to stay till Sunday. will have bbq bring your own grub if you want to join in.
See you on beach.
Look for eeeejit with two 13ft rods ABU (black)+ Century (silver white) and top half of shakespear floation suit, that's me.
Dave
PS Clean ground, very hard to see tide move in and out, fish at Pan rocks or beside stone on beach.
Good packing for car, short walk to fish, or fish from car if you can cast.

Dave has covered most of it there. It is easy fishing, in comfortable surroundings, with good car parking right beside the beach.
Pans Rocks end is the best bet, as is fishing either side of the large rock halfway along the beach.
I used a two hook clipped down paternoster for my fishing there.
For bait used Rag, Mackerel, and Squid, and that seemed to work for all the species we caught.
Had Pollock, coalies, turbot, flounder, doggies and whiting there.
Hope this helps Conor, but I thought you'd probably be out on the boat from there.
Good luck anyway.
