not being insultin an if i am i do apoligies but as a man who grew up with haccup an all thats just sounds like alot of work for nothin an this is an opinion not a fact.

I presume you mean HACCP....I also grew up with HACCP, trained in it, worked with it, and got a distinction in exams in it. What's your point?
