Right Boys,

Back down to earth after Kerry next Wednesday 10th October on Kilcoole.

Long Range Weather F/Cast looks settled and High Tide (Neap) is 8:30pm. It's also the peak time of the year so here's hoping someone gets a run.

10 Rod hours last night with Mark & Wexford Dave. Poor conditions, south easterly wind put a big sea on.

More conducive to cod & bass than Tope. The hunt continues!

17km westerlies Friday and Sat :P

At a guestimation I would have put in about 120 hours per fish landed, tope that is, plenty of huss by-catch though :D

Last night conditions were beautiful, shooting stars, a lighting storm far out to sea, (bit cold) but just right and the fish weren't playing ball :(

We were on another beach that night. That lightening storm was deadly. I kept thinking someone was blasting their headlamp at me :lol:

Never really got cold enough Rodger did it. they usually hit the beach after we get a good frost or cold spell.
