Hi Dave,
would'nt be 100% sure but traleebay sea angling club would be a starting point.Just do a search on the web and you will find their site and im sure there are bound to be a few members lurking on this site.

tralee bay would be the closest to you. waterville also have a club

How's things lads, www.traleebaysac.org is the website, Both clubs are a good starting point I'll pm you contact details for Waterville sac. Hope to see you on the beach some day soon!
