Duration:2hrs.

Tide:Full

Weather:good/mild

Bait:Rag

Rigs:2 hook

Results:Flounder




Report: Went to benone to use some left over bait from a recent boat trip,
good surf and no weed. Trying for the elusive bass didnt get any. :(
Caught 2 good flounders :) pan sized on the rise, both returned.
all in all a pleasent night, hear a few schoolie bass caught at Downhill :?: .
Specimens come and go but the passion is for ever.

Well done on the flounder! :D Did you have any bling on the rigs? I heard that flatties like the bling but im just wondering if they would see it in the dark.

Lots of anglers use bling but these were caught on straight rag,
as i was fishing for bass and it is my prefered method of fishing.
I have always caught flounders and bass in the dark with out bling. :)
Specimens come and go but the passion is for ever.
