People:Myself
Duration: 2 hours both sessions
Tide: First session 1 hour either side of hw
Second session 1 hour either side of lw
Weather: 1st: Fair 2nd: Overcast with some wind
Bait: Feathers
Rigs: Feathers
Results: Both sessions fishing off Greenore port
1st Session: 30 Mack
2nd Session: 1 cod, 1 poor cod, 1 codling , pollack, coalfish, rockfish
Report:
All fish caught on standard hokkai rigs
In the first session the mackerel made themselves obvious with an obvious oil slick and some feeding frenzies on the surface.
In the second session no mack were about. We fished further offshore and pulled in a few species. All of which, except the cod, were small and released. All in all a good session and the plentiful supply of small fish provides hope of them growing and returning next year!

A couple of nice wee trips there
. The Mackerel have been pretty steady there this last couple of weeks. There seems to be plenty of small Codling about this year.
