West Waterford 4/9/12

#1 Post by declan65 »

People:me

Duration:1.5hrs

Tide:rising

Weather:warm

Bait:lures

Rigs:

Results:Bass to 4.5lbs, macks.

Report:
Fished a rock mark this evening, birds working the water, sprats in abundance and mullet cruising on a near mirror like sea, first cast as I got onto the mark produced this little fella.
IMAG0193A.jpg
Walked down to where the birds were working the water and could see macks chasing the sprats, cast out and for the next few minutes it was a mack a cast, no size though.
Moved again and straight away into the silver fellas again, couple of schoolies in quick succession followed by the best of the session
:D
IMAG0194A.jpg
Had two more schoolies about the same stamp as the others and missed a decent fish on the last cast. As Arnie says "I'll be back"
