Cree measure light in a different way and are not what they are stated as
For example lenzer 120L are brighter then Cree 400L , something is not wright there

last year I bought 4 different versions (prized from 10 - 30 euro) for myself and the boys, they were mainly used during hillwalking, fishing and camping trips, all still in perfect working order, even in spite of the rather wet conditions this 'summer'.
