Excellent Post. Looks like a very good site. I will compare it with the Garmin Mapsource bluechart data I have and let you know.

Very very useful thanks a lot! (on a side note I'm a newbie both to this site and the sport in general, I have the equipment part pretty ok it's the reading of the sea and understanding effects of wind and moon etc that I need to learn, my names mark and I'm 24 from north Wexford)

i looked at a few marks over the last few years and didn't think they were worth fishing but after looking at the map and seeing the depth of them i will be trying out some of the deeper marks over the winter to see what they produce
