Hadnt been fishing in over a month and was suffering with bad withdrawl so had to organise a trip and wexford was decided upon.
Headed of in the afternoon with great hopes and expectations with a couple of marks in mind. Got to the beach and there was a load of people fishing and swimming. Had first bait in the water for 5.00 then got the other lads set up as they are new to fishing. Later on other friends showed up and there was 7 of us fishin in total. Things were very slow. A few small fish here and there. Tipp John landed a 6 pound smoothie and this was the best of the day. Was hoping the lads would even get some doggies to keep them busy but nothing showed. It wasnt long till they got bored and cracked open the beer. We packed up at 10.00 and headed for food and a few beers. All in all a good day out. Pity the fishing was so quiet. The lads had a ball anyway. That was the main thing
