Duration:9.30 till 12

Tide:dropping

Weather:none

Bait:rag crab razor

Rigs:two hook clipped and pully

Results:8 flounder to 30 cm ,3 dogs and 1 smoothie (4lb)




Report:small tides and no surf and a hw at 7.30 didnt bode well for a good session but i managed a few fish and was glad to see one smoothie even if he was a bit small,looking at the weather today i think i made the right move fishing last night :lol:

Not a bad haul Roger,,,often seen less fish coming off a beach with 4 lads in a session :cry:

How many good fish and sessions would you have missed over the years if you only went out when conditions seemed perfect? And for that matter, how many times have you gone out in perfect conditions and got little or nothing?

So true often the wilder the weather produces some great sessions and the clam picture post card beach are some of the worst .

Well done, we couldent get a flounder the week before. But like I say some of the best sea fishing is had duering some of the worst weather.

how many times have i hit the jackpot with a big fish in completely the opposite of ideal conditions :lol: lots :lol: its called being pig headed :lol:

any fish is good catch in me book, specialy this year, worst year ever 4 me dont know howmany blank days there fore mate I take out my hat to you one more times.
