easy launch ant retrieve with electric winch

#1 Post by flowerpower26 »

Hallo,
Like most of us I'm not getting younger ,decided to fit an electric winch and Batterie with remote control to my trailer.
Makes it very easy to slip alone if needed. The advantage is you can fix the rope and hold the boat in place pulling the winch same time.

Very slick - you didnt get a foot wet! Would there some way to mount an electric winch but keep the manual one in place as a standby? It doesnt appear you did that.

Hallo ,
Yes . the manual winch is still in place. Just in case battery maybe flat. The electric winch lies on the frame of the trailer and the rope is lead over a role.
I will try to add a foto.

Thanks, that's much clearer. A good solution.
