Clones Strand Access

#1 Post by alby »

Hi all,

I was just wondering can anyone tell me how to access the beach near where the Kilgorman River crosses the beach. There is two (I think) turns off the Dublin Road heading for wexford for Clones, one is at Scarnagh Cross and the other is a mile or two before it. Which is the right one to take to access the beach near the river??

Any help much appreciated!

Hey Alby, I normally take the next left after 'Inch' watch out for it as its a tight turn, youll see a brown information sign for it, and head towards the sea until you come to a 'T' juction with a pub in front, you can go left or right here to bring you to different areas or the strand 'left then right' or right then left' will bring you there.
