Weather:like a summers day to start off with when the evening came it started to rain

Bait:mackerel sand eel mussel squid

Rigs:all used 1 hook with long snoods

Results:5 doggies 1 whitening


Report:we fished on the rocks beside the statue on the end of the bridge.for the first 2 hours and caught the dog fish there then we fished the bridge for the next 2 hours no fish there . so we tried a spot at the back of the bating shelter we fished there for an hour and a half and then went back up to the bridge and one of the lads caught a whitening.there were people fishing there all day and they all blanked. usually at this time of the year we fish the end of the pier were we always manage a few ray but the end of the pier is blocked off now. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

I DON'T NO BUT BUT WE ASKED THE SECURITY GUARD ON THE GATES COULD WE FISH ON THE END OF THE PIER HE SAID WE COULD FISH THERE WHEN THE WORKERS WERE FINISHED LOADING UP THE BOAT AND THEN WE ASKED HIM WHEN WILL THAT BE HE SAID A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT THATS ALL I CAN REALLY TELL YOU AT THE MOMENT :x :x :x THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME AND ME MATE IN FOYNES LAST YEAR BUT WE SNEAKED IN AND GOT 1 RAY 1 CONGER ON OUR FIRST CAST AND THEN THE SECURITY GUARD KICKED US OFF THE PIER
