Belfast lough Mark ?

was driving round airport road last week near the big B&Q, beside ikea and i seen a guy out with a beachcaster, never seen anyone fishing there before, was he a complete novice or does he know something i dont? that would be a very handy mark for me if fishable, what do you reckon he was fishing for and just really, is there any fish there ???
