Duration:3 hours

Tide:ebb

Weather:southerly

Bait:rag lug crab razor squid

Rigs:spreader flowing

Results:plaice

Report:headed out at ten this morning for a flattie session got to mark bit of a lump but alright dropped first line while baiting other trace got good bite left a minute then struck fish on and a good one after a few mins nice orange spots in view gave a few nice kicks before reaching the net a cracking plaice 4.2 lb 54 cm by 30cm result headed ashore to get photo and witness to fish(thanks tony) headed back out decided to try again plenty more good quality plaice and dab but nothing to match first fish great session i will be back

specimen 2013 16 golden grey mullet, 1 scad, 1 red gurnard.

Lovely fish there, out of interest do you fish them at anchor.

i do both drift when the tide is running hard otherwise drift or anchor

A cracking plaice, well done, it's nice to see that fish like that are still around.
