Fleabay!

At the suggestion of various members and given the magazines will run a mile from criticising a piece of kit, here is your chance to tell us what you really think about a rod, reel, line, lure... keep it legal please!

Fleabay!

#1 Post by jd »

Just thinking that there are a lot of different sellers on ebay. So what did you buy that you'd recommend?

I picked up a cheap cree headlamp
from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/eupix

Quick delivery and a handy standby. My trusty silva l1 was stolen out of my car (I guess it's not being put to very good use now :( ), so it's filling a gap at the moment...

Hi John
When was your car broken into? - sorry to hear about that and hope they didnt get much.

I just bought a lot of three Shimano Aerlex reels for €135 inc postage. They are like new and hardly used.
Tip: It was a Bid and the listing didnt specify postage outside of the UK, but I find if you contact the seller in most cases they will post to Ireland.
Another good site for Reels is tacklefanatics I bought a Shimano Biomaster 7000 from them for €65.00, again used but in top notch condition. http://www.tacklefanatics.co.uk/

Best frozen and fresh bait going. Never thought I'd find better than good quality Ammo sandeel but I did! Yr man doing it knows a thing or two about fishing too!

Got a reel and some hooks ordered from dx I know full well how long it takes! The worst thing is that the items are just marked as shipped no indication of how long it will take and no tracking number!
