Bradon Dingle - First session 9 Bass

#1 Post by Eoghan »

People: My bro in law

Duration: 7pm til 10pm

Tide: top and falling

Weather: calm

Bait: lug

Rigs: single 4/0

Results: 9 bass

Report:
Quick report. So myself and the lads are down in Brandon on Thursday, but my bro in law headed down yesterday. He went to our main bait mark and wasnt disappointed. He said it was non stop action for 3 hours. First cast a bass and either a fish landed, fish off or bait stripped after a hard knock. All bass were small until the last few which were 3ib and above when it got dark. Needless to say I am bursting to get down now. This is our top mark, never lets us down. Should be brilliant later in the week when high tide is around 10 and it will be dark, the bigger fish seem to feed then. Not a bad start. Roll on Thur Morning..!!! :-)

Attached a few pics he sent me via the phone.

Sounded unreal. I phoned him twice last night and both conversations were :

"Hi, hows it going"
"yeah its.....oh...gotta go"

I was sitting at home shouting "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

He said this mroning if he landed every fish that clattered the rod he would have had between 20/30 bass easily.
Said some Bass had milt in them. All Bass were returned safely, nicely lip hooked.

He is out again tonight so I will post again tomorrow and then on Monday when we are back.
