Duration:8ish-12am

Tide:rising

Weather:not bad

Bait:mushy lug,rag,razor,crab

Rigs:flappers

Results:me,blank james,codling (34,30,27cm) 1 flounder,1 lsd 1 rockling (3 breard)




Report:
hit graystones just to get out was not expecting much but the first cast my rod got hit hard but no hook up the same thing on the next cast but this time fish on it was giving a good account of itself until the line went all slack relled in to find the hook had snaped my own fault i was only useing size 2 hooks well thats it from me not a tap for the rest of the night meanwhile james was having steady fishing with bites on most casts and a few to keep him busy all fish were taken on worm baits i will up load some photos in the morning

Well when you told me on the way out yesterday that you blanked i was wondering if you forgot to put the trace on....... Well yesterday made up for it..... NOT!!!!! at least no one blanked think we split that silver bar in half Alan :lol: :lol: :P :wink:
Species 2012: Flounder, Whiting, Dublin Bay Codling, Coalie, 3 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Bass, Dogfish, 5.2lb Starry Smoothhound (PB), Twaite Shad, Thornback Ray 5.8lbs (PB), LSD, Pollock, Ballan Wrasse, Cork Wing Wrasse, 43cm Flounder (PB)

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...
