Recommendation for antifoul, sealant and filler?

I have an Orkney Fastliner. Boat sits in the water all year round.It cruises at about 13 knots.
I have it at the house for maintenance a the moment.
I've sanded the hull and its ready for filling (keel band came away leaving screw holes to be filled before I fit a new one), sealing and antifouling.
Is there a particular filler, sealant, antifoul that you would recomend?

any of them at that speed you'll knock the barnicles of an only use marine filler cause de car one rotts in salt water
but rodger de dodger is de man to ask , he dose it in a real way !!!!
