Bass Run - Easter Weekend

After some experimentation and little to show over recent weeks I suppose it was always going to be a matter of time!
Had a nice session - 5 fish, best being 68cm. All caught on soft plastics - Black minnows to be exact - but I think it just happened that I started with a minnow and did not change to another lure more than the minnow making the difference.

Species 2012: Flounder, Whiting, Dublin Bay Codling, Coalie, 3 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Bass, Dogfish, 5.2lb Starry Smoothhound (PB), Twaite Shad, Thornback Ray 5.8lbs (PB), LSD, Pollock, Ballan Wrasse, Cork Wing Wrasse, 43cm Flounder (PB)

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...

Nice fish jim well done, the black minnow you use , i think its made by Fiiish ?
Does anyone in ireland keep them ? Do you have to get them online ?

From what I gather they are going to appoint an Irish distributor. However, such is the demand I think they cannot supply much to Ireland yet. I would imagine you would be best to get them direct from Fiiish's site.
