Hi everyone.
I've been asked if you would all please keep an eye out for a large white van with lads who have a boat in the back. If all anglers could please be on the lookout for submerged nets close to the beach which probably have a small plastic bottle float marking it, around malahide, Cush Point area and Rogerstown at low water. Note that the far beach across from Cush Point golf course is a quiet spot that was used for netting a few years ago, there are not usually many people around!
Yours hopefully,
John D.

We all know it’s going on and we would like to stop it but when posting about it do not mention or insinuate a place, hotel, fishmonger, or even the local chipper that they MIGHT be selling Irish caught bass.

I don't have more specific information to hand unfortunately.
Here are the numbers you should call if you'd like to report any suspicious activity:
1890 34 74 24 OR 1890 FISH 24
The best of luck!
