People:meself

Duration:1;00-4 pm

Tide:nearly full,14;20 full

Weather ice cold wind,but dry

Bait:lug,mackeral,squid

Rigs:flappers

Results:flounders,turbot




Report:
got down to lacken strand yesterday for a few casts,the sun was out before heading ther but when i arrived ther was an onshore wind that would skin ya,ther was a fairly big surf up so was hard to detect bites,,was hoping to get a turbot or two to add to the list,,2 rods set up one out deep other shallow,,seen a twitch in the first 15 mins hauld in a nice double of flounders blank saved,,, :) got 4 more flounder on the same rod out deep nothing hapning on the rod in shallow, untill the last haul me turbot happy man :lol:

congrats they are some beautiful flatties great fishing, and your turbot as targeted!fairly hard to spot the turbot :D :D :D :D

only for the trace you wouldn't see the very nice turbo good session on the flattes
