Irish Fisheries Report 1891

I came across the below link about the state of Irish fisheries from 1891, it may be of interest to those whom have an interest in the history of their local fishing spots!

It just goes to show how valuable the Irish Coast was to Irish people back over 100 years ago as much as it is now.

When they mention "bream" in that report do they mean red bream?

I cant open the link, all i get is (bad incript dictionary) from adobe any ideas :?

Maybe try updating your Abode, its just a pdf doc.

a great read,the amount of detail is amazing,the quantities of fish landed in some cases is beyond belief . thanks for posting it. 8) 8) 8)
