Congrats to Dave Roe on yet again winning the 3 day festival, beating Ireland and the UK's top rods.

Amazing result AGAIN :D

Ian knight and Joe Byrne were also in the top 3, a clean sweep for Irish rods. :P

Congratulations to Dave on winning this competition for the 2nd year running a fantastic result .
A big well done to my friend Joe Byrne for 2nd overall nearly a superstar :D

with 8 Irish anglers in the top 10 it shows that our match anglers are more than capable of competing at this level.

Well done to Dave, Joe and Ian, great result. Also a big well done to all the irish anglers who finished in the top ten. Have to mention our man Mike Curtin who finished in 5th place, he's not a household name like Dave and Joe. For those of you who don't know him he's "a big f**ker from the west of Ireland" :D

Congratulations to Dave on his great win two years on the trot, and Joe Byrne you're heading the right way maybe next year you'll win it. Ian Knight with a great result gave them all a run for their money right up until the final whistle. Well done lads!!! Great to see the Irish lads doing so well, this proves we are getting very strong and can hold our own and beat the best.

Here's a link to the Morning Ireland program from Friday 27th Jan with an interview with Dave Roe and Clive Ivory. Great to get coverage like this it can only help in getting sponsorship from large companies.

Got this from the Irish Independent last Saturday. It was taken on Kilgorman Beach during the Competition, can you spot the the luatic running around in his boxer shorts???  This beach is now famous for anglers taking a swim mid way through a competition, well I suppose if you're feeling the heat there's nothing like a good dunking to cool you down
