Report:
All started good, Dave collected fresh crab off John thanks John, i got the rest from c&j. Thats as far as the good part went, on the way down timing belt slipped on my van, ok thats bad enough i thought, my luck cant be all bad so looking forward to a good nights fishing Dave left his fishing spot and collected me. First cast rod nearly went flying off the tripod, after hauling in a ball of weed i seen a lovely big cod behind it nice one i thought until i lost it with about 2 yards to go, didnt even have time to cry about it before the other rod went ballistic, gained about 20 yards on what felt like a lovely fish and snap line parted, loads of time to cry after that one cause i didnt get a single bite the rest of the night. Now for the worse part after paying 100 quid for recovery to garage found out me engine is f**ked. The bill : 1000 quid for new engine fitted. But i actually not too cut up about it, that has to be all my bad luck used up for at least 6 months so looking forward to a good years fishing

Suks man! Sorry!

Was out yesterday in a boat (as passenger)... ruined my reel when the boat went over my line while trolling and found out we did not have enough petrol to get home (9 miles out from port!)

maybe I'll stay at home for the remaining 2 fri 13th's this year!
