Vass chesties

#1 Post by Michael+C »

Hi all,
Just wondering have any of you bought or used Vass chesties, if so are they good value, hard wearing etc, also, as with some brands of chesties is it better to buy a size above your usual shoe size? Thanks

i bought these recently and must say im impressed, had a pair of original oceans before these and do think that the vass are bettter.the boot is much sturdier than even the original oceans and the material is slightly heavier than the oceans, all in all if you like the oceans you will love the vass,i got the lighter of the two vass, the heavier version seemed to be just that bit to thick for what i want, john o brien has them in stock aswell at the moment.

i have the heavier version(super novas), excellent boot, comfortable and are lined on the inside, i wear a size 9 shoe normally and the boot is same if not a little bit bigger. paid 105 euro. only have them 3 months so can't comment on long term use but so far very happy with them.
