Wasn't the cod who had gobbled him up, it was the coalie.... Ive tried get a decent picture but failed, Think he may be just too small for piccies, he was only 9cm long!!!!

no mater how bad weather was and how far it is, nothing can beat a good craic with you lads :wink:
yeh me self , creep and sparkie+1 perhaps fished the worst spot of all where we kept snagging into the kelps
i'v lost 3 sets of rigs, but with pulling hudge lump of kelp i'v got 4 back :D , so not much to complane
thanks to tight lines and orginalsin for some bait :wink:
unfotunatly i got no chance to start my 2012 spesies list so far :oops: , but once weather will turn to better i'l head down to my old good marks up in donegal and sligo where they more awordible for me :wink:

It was great to see ye all on the quay! First time i was offered xmas cake out fishing iced and all and on a little silver tray! Seriously very nice of you Creep. Ye were def having the craig I left to go up the river before the bad weather had a bit of shelter there and got a few fish but it did turn nasty there after hopefully see ye again some time up cork pat ps send down the smooth hounds in the summer

Yea pat it was nice to meet you down there and have a quick chat and you did the right thing leaving before the weather broke.... where you there long before us as we saw a few cars on the pier from ferrypoint..

Creep laced the cake with rohypnol so we'd all fall asleep and give him a chance at catching a cod. :lol:

was a pleasure to meet ye lads glad most of ye managed to bag a few fish pity the weather turned so bad as the night progressed as the best of the fishing normaly comes on the last hour of the fill down there

I just need time to get out and fish :roll: fishing a couple of hard spots this weekend so heres hoping for something, and seeing as I dont have my beachcasters I'll be spinning just to add to the woes!! (but its been a long time since i was able to travel light!!) :D But ya never know, Henry is fixing up the rods, so shouldnt be too long before Im in full flight again! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Pat No problem mate, next time were down will bring the BBQ and burgers, when we go out in a crew like that the craic just is to fun!!
